Utility Assistance, Rent Assistance, Emergency Food, Diaper needs
Residents who live in Fairfield or who relate to UHD through our various programs are eligible to apply for assistance with utilities and/or rent. To begin this process, please contact Urban Hope Development to schedule an appointment and request an assistance application. The completed application along with a copy of the shut-off notice or eviction notice, identification and proof of income are required.
